orange configuration admin 사용시 오류

-------------------------------------------------------- * Oracle Client (SQL*Net) Version : * Oracle Server Version : 9.2.0.6 * Client OS : Windows XP -------------------------------------------------------- orange configuration admin 을 사용하려고 SYS 패스워드를 입력 후 Authentication mode를 sysdba로 했는데도 불구하고 connecttion failure. ORA-01031:insufficient privileges 라는 에러가 발생합니다. 해결방법을 부탁드립니다.
