orange configuration admin 실행시 에러가 납니다

Creating Tablespace 'ORANGE'. Default Tablespace created. Creating Tablespace 'orange_tmp'. Default Tablespace created. Checking existence of User ORANGE User ORANGE Already Exists Changing Password for User ORANGE(Don't worry. There's no side-effect) Alter User failed. User creation failed. 이런 에러가 나면서 실패를 하네요. 지금껏 잘 써왔는데요 ORA-00604: error occured at recursive SQL level 1 ORA-00607: Internal error occured while making a change to a data block ORA-00600: Internal error code, arguments: [4194], [90], [88], [], [], [], [], [] 이번 오라클은 9.2라서 그런건가요? 지금까지는 9.0.1 에서 사용 했었습니다. 조속한 답변 부탁드립니다.
